Quadra Group is seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic growth and manage key relationships within the Oilfield Services market across Alberta. Main Responsibilities of a Senior Account Manager in Oilfield Services
- Lead the strategic growth and development of a key territory within the Oilfield Services market in Alberta.
- Manage and expand relationships with major Oilfield Service accounts and strategic customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and high-value projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer operations and positioning value-added chemical solutions.
- Promote customized solutions, including commodities, specialty chemicals, and blended packages.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account growth strategies.
- Lead complex negotiations for long-term agreements and commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical teams, and Marketing to develop opportunities and close business.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
- Maintain a strong market presence through regular customer visits and industry involvement.
- Mentor and support less experienced sales team members when required.
Main Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Oilfield Services chemical sales.
- Established network of key industry relationships in Alberta.
- Strong technical understanding of oilfield applications including drilling, cementing, completion, and production.
- Experience selling commodities, specialty chemicals, and blended chemical solutions.
- Proven track record of territory growth and strategic account development.
- Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex accounts.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% including overnights.

Compensation Information
The annual base salary for this Senior Account Manager position is expected to range between $88,100 and $148,625 CAD. This range is for reference; individual total compensation will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for a generous incentive program and comprehensive benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked against the market and determined by role and level. Final base salary will be aligned with the selected candidate’s qualifications, skill set, competencies, and work location.
