The Role: Senior Product Data Analyst at Qonto
Join Qonto's Product Analytics team to drive data-informed decisions as the company aims to serve one million SMEs by 2025. You will work closely with Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics, and report to Daniele, Head of Data, contributing to impactful analytics work and career growth within a structured team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a true business partner with Product Managers, challenging metrics and influencing product strategy.
- Master frontend tracking events and user behavior analysis to deeply understand product interactions.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives from design through impact measurement.
- Perform deep funnel analysis to identify conversion optimization opportunities and drop-off points.
- Utilize a modern data stack including Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and Cursor daily.
- Take full ownership of your product domain, from understanding customer problems and identifying business value to setting up data visualization, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive outcomes.

Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics, brings extensive experience in building analytics capabilities within fast-growing tech companies. She is dedicated to empowering product teams through data and fostering her team's growth and autonomy. She reports to Daniele, Head of Data, who oversees the entire Analytics function.
About You
- SQL Proficiency: Expert in writing complex SQL queries for large datasets in modern data warehouses.
- BI Experience: Skilled in building dashboards with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, transforming data into clear, actionable insights.
- Product Analytics Expertise: At least 4 years of experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver work on time while communicating proactively.
- Ownership Mindset: Committed to ensuring analytical work is adopted and drives decisions, iterating based on feedback.
- Project Delivery and Communication: Capable of breaking down projects, managing timelines, communicating progress, and proposing solutions for blockers.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of product decisions and ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
- Language: Fluent in English.
