Job Overview
Join us as a Senior Product Analyst and help Qonto’s teams make data-informed decisions as we scale to serve one million SMEs by 2026. Depending on your profile and preferences, you will join our Product Analytics team, partnering with Product Managers and Product teams across our product portfolio.
You will work closely with an experienced manager, Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics, and report to Daniele, Head of Data. They will support you in delivering high-impact analytics work and growing your career within a large, structured team.
As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will:
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers: You will go beyond execution to challenge metrics, influence product roadmaps, and shape our overall strategy.
- Champion a product experimentation culture: Drive rigorous A/B testing frameworks from design to impact measurement, ensuring data-informed decisions are at the heart of our product development.
- Decode complex user behavior: Master the analysis of user journeys and deep funnel dynamics to uncover hidden drop-off points and identify major opportunities for conversion and growth.
- Own your product domain end-to-end: Take autonomous charge of identifying customer problems, setting up the right telemetry, and delivering actionable recommendations. Your goal is not just to build a dashboard, but to ensure adoption and drive tangible business outcomes.
- Leverage a best-in-class data ecosystem: Seamlessly blend frontend tracking and backend events using our modern stack (Snowflake, Metabase, Amplitude, Cursor) to paint a complete, actionable picture of product performance.
What You Can Expect
Product Analytics: You will support Product stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Heads of Product). The team is in a consolidation phase, spending 50-60% of time on BI work and moving toward more strategic analysis work (A/B testing, discovery, impact measurement). You will help product teams understand user behavior and validate product decisions.
How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology, which emphasizes one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. You will work in close partnership with your stakeholders, attending team meetings and building trusted relationships. We value ownership: success means not just publishing a dashboard, but ensuring it drives business value.
Current focus: The team is working on improving data discoverability and self-service capabilities, consolidating dashboards to reduce sprawl, and building scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
About Your Future Manager
Ida manages the Product Analytics team and brings deep expertise in building analytics capabilities in fast-growing tech companies. She is passionate about enabling product teams through data and focuses on helping her team members grow their impact and autonomy.
Ida reports to Daniele, VP of Data, who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams.
About You
- Technical Data Mastery: You are highly proficient in complex SQL and modern data warehouses. You also have strong BI experience (building actionable dashboards in tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker) and deeply understand data visualization best practices.
- Product Analytics Expertise: You bring at least 4 years of experience using product analytics platforms (like Amplitude or Mixpanel) to decode user behavior.
- Business Acumen & True Ownership: You understand the "why" behind product decisions. You do not settle for "dashboard published"; you actively follow up with stakeholders to ensure your insights are adopted and drive tangible business outcomes.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are highly autonomous in breaking down complex projects, managing competing priorities, and communicating proactively to build trust across teams.
- Language: You are fluent in English.
