Your Role as Senior Content Designer
As a Senior Content Designer at Qonto, you will use words, content, and systems to deliver exceptional user experiences, creating finance solutions that energize European SMEs. The Content Design team comprises 20 highly-skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Design end-to-end content experiences, from information architecture and user flows to clear, contextual copy, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and intuitive.
- Lead content system evolution by creating scalable patterns, content principles, and design system components.
- Own the complete project lifecycle, from user and semantic research, benchmarking, and constraints analysis, through to localization and technical implementation.
- Identify content opportunities that can influence our product roadmap and business outcomes.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner in cross-functional teams, shaping design and product vision from day one.
- Champion content design practices by mentoring design and product peers, setting content design standards, and advocating for user-centered content decisions across the organization.

Our Content Design team is led by Mélanie and Fiorella, both bringing unique experience and perspective. Mélanie offers a structured approach and deep understanding of Qonto, while Fiorella contributes a decade of expertise in UX Writing, elevating our product to new heights.
About You
- Content design mastery: Possess solid linguistic and UX design skills, guiding design teams in making smart, strategic content decisions.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English. Bonus points if you also speak French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or Flemish.
- Strategic mindset and system thinking: See the bigger picture beyond individual features, applying design methods to content challenges. You are interested in scalable content frameworks and design system principles, with experience in design/content systems being a plus.
- Team player: Experienced in close collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers, making cross-functional collaboration effective in fast-paced environments.
- Business impact focus: Understand that content drives conversions, user engagement, and business goals, with experience in measuring and optimizing content performance.
