Overview
Join Qonto as a Product Designer - Website and help create intuitive, scalable design solutions for Europe’s leading finance workspace. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent brand image and a high quality design system for 700k monthly website visitors.
Your Mission
In this role, you will:
- Deliver user-centric design solutions, focused on usability and experience.
- Create high-quality pages and visual assets that bring Qonto’s brand to life.
- Guard and upgrade our Design System by contributing and evolving its guidelines.
- Collaborate with Growth & Marketing teams to drive data-driven design improvements through A/B tests and analytics.
- Engage daily with a broad team, including Growth Engineers, UX Writers, and Conversion & SEO experts.
About Your Team & Manager
You will work with over 90 talented designers and report to Roukaya, our Lead Website Designer, who brings extensive experience from digital campaigns and UI/UX design. Expect a collaborative, innovative environment where data meets creative design.
About You
You have over 4 years of web and UI/UX design experience, strong digital design skills, and expertise in building and maintaining Design Systems. You are data-driven, possess excellent analytical capabilities, and enjoy working in multicultural, diverse teams. Fluency in English and proficiency in Figma are required.
