The Opportunity: Growth Operations Product Manager at Qonto

Join us as a Growth Operations Product Manager and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by transforming our accounting channel into a scalable revenue engine. You will be instrumental in improving the efficiency of our accountant partnerships, from initial acquisition to ongoing engagement.

You will work closely with Alexandre, our Head of Growth Operations, and various cross-functional teams to develop the systems and processes essential for managing our accounting partners, positioning this channel as a key strategic growth driver for Qonto.

As a Growth Operations Product Manager at Qonto, you will:

  • Lead the identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate the accounting partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows.
  • Identify high-impact problems within the accounting channel and craft solutions that maximize value while minimizing operational costs.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Operations, Business teams, and Senior Management to drive value generation and foster innovation.
  • Lead the development of an essential and ambitious internal solution: a partner relationship management system that will transform how we work with third parties.
  • Take full ownership of the accountant channel roadmap, working autonomously with diverse stakeholders including sales, marketers, other Product Managers, country managers, and senior leadership.
  • Be hands-on: craft Proof-of-Concept solutions, manipulate data, create AI agents, collaborate directly with sales and channel managers, and resolve operational issues.

About your future manager: Alexandre, Head of Growth Operations

Your manager will be Alexandre, our Head of Growth Operations. Alexandre brings over 4 years of deep expertise at Qonto, having progressed from Lead Growth Operations to leading a team of 20. Before Qonto, he honed his growth and data expertise as a Data Product Manager at sennder (a German Unicorn) and co-founded his own legal tech startup. His career consistently focuses on the intersection of growth, data, and technology.

Alexandre is at the core of Qonto's Growth Engine. He is passionate about the pivotal role technical functions play in business organizations and believes in leveraging technology, including GenAI, to scale efforts and achieve the marketer's mission: delivering the right message, at the right moment, to the right person.

About You: Qualifications and Mindset

  • Growth & Technical Background: You have 5+ years of experience in growth-focused roles with strong technical acumen, comfortable with hands-on tasks and understanding system mechanics.
  • Product Manager Mindset: You excel at researching and understanding the true roots of customer problems with savviness and methodology, are extremely customer-focused, data-driven, humble, and passionate about solving real-life problems through scalable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You have proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You are adept at identifying high-impact problems and designing solutions that balance value creation with resource constraints, considering both short-term and long-term implications.
  • Proactive Initiative: You naturally seek information, ask questions across the organization, and identify opportunities others might miss, unafraid to go beyond your defined lane.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and can quickly learn new methodologies and adapt to unique company cultures like Qonto's.
