Position Overview
Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the war-fighter.
We are seeking a Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Intel Analyst, which is an expert in DoD and Air Force ISR intelligence capabilities, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting space operations, especially with organizing and executing initial establishment of operational Air Force space control unit (including bed down, training, and transition from acquisitions).
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to organize and execute initial establishment of operational Air Fore space control unit (including bed down, training, and transition from acquisitions)
- Experience supporting space operations
- Facilitate, manage, and engage with stakeholders to aid in Operations/Acquisition integration
- Liaison with IC entities to provide analysis for developmental efforts
- Interact and collaborate with technical team members from multiple organizations
- Provide SME level support to developers
- Provide requirements management support
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 10 years direct exp
