Role: Regional Sales Manager (Pharma Testing Services)
This role is for a motivated and experienced sales leader specializing in Pharma Testing Services in the TIC domain. The candidate will have at least 6 years of experience selling ISO 17025:2017 accredited lab services to the Pharma industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Pharma industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in Pharma Testing Services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling Pharma Testing Services coupled with a strong network within the Pharma industry.
