About Your Role

As a Product Analyst at QGenda, you will be integral to the Product Team by analyzing complex business problems and designing, documenting, and presenting solutions. You will identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product performance, user experience, and overall business outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in requirement gathering and customer discovery sessions.
• Write and review user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX team to create UI mock-ups and new feature designs.
• Facilitate design sessions, user testing, and agile ceremonies.
• Maintain a groomed backlog prioritized by business value.

Who You Are

You possess experience in planning and creating user stories for a consumer-facing or SaaS product, have a background working with agile management tools (JIRA, VersionOne, etc.), and bring strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and experience with healthcare-related products or UI/UX design is a plus.
