Developer Relations Engineer

Qdrant is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to be the face and voice of the company within the vibrant AI ecosystem. This role is crucial for empowering developers to build sophisticated AI applications using Qdrant through content, demos, and community engagement.

What You Will Own

  • Master the Modern AI Stack: Become an expert in AI infrastructure, including Vector Search, Rust-based performance, and RAG architecture.
  • Build an Elite Network: Represent Qdrant and collaborate with founders and engineers from leading AI companies.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Speak at premier conferences and publish content reaching a global developer audience.
  • Shape the Product: Act as a liaison between the developer community and the core engineering team, influencing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Building Demos: Develop and maintain open-source applications showcasing Qdrant's capabilities in RAG pipelines, recommendation engines, and AI search.
  • Applied Innovation: Research emerging AI patterns and prototype new Qdrant use cases, experimenting with embedding models and indexing techniques.
  • Content Creation: Produce educational resources, including technical blog posts, video tutorials, and clear, useful guides.
  • Technical Events: Lead Qdrant's presence at hackathons and workshops, organizing challenges and mentoring developers.
