Insurance Administrator at QBE Insurance
Time Type: Full time

Your new role
You’ll gain valuable experience while supporting both internal customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with stakeholders to resolve queries accurately and efficiently.
- Managing insurance documentation, including processing applications, issuing policies, and completing policy changes.
- Providing business processing support such as quote registrations, policy renewals, and maintaining documentation.
- Assisting with credit control and monitoring outstanding items.
- Working collaboratively with your team to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
About You
You're keen to learn, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and ready to contribute to a supportive team. You’ll bring:
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with numbers and written documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
