You’ll bring calm, clarity and commercial judgement to a fast‑moving environment—anticipating priorities, managing competing demands and ensuring the Chief Talent Officer is always positioned to operate at their best. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a global Talent function and make a meaningful impact across the business.

It’s an exciting time. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner. What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the world? As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.

Your New Role

You’ll manage a broad range of deliverables and relationships, acting as a trusted partner and a central point of connection across the Talent Leadership Team and wider organisation.
