Overview

QA Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager Digital & AI to lead development of innovative digital platforms transforming the student experience. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and offers a flexible, home-based arrangement with some travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development and project management for web and portal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, data engineers, and content creators.
  • Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee integration of AI features including chatbots, dashboards, and recommendation engines.
  • Ensure platforms are accessible, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Drive insight-based decision making with clear KPIs for engagement, conversion, and technical performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in technical project management in education, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft web technologies, CMS, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools like MS Co-pilot Studio is desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and accessibility standards.
  • Relevant academic qualifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
