About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Q4, you will lead the development of major software components, systems, and features. You will mentor and coach team members, ensure quality and documentation, and work collaboratively in an agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain Q4 software applications.
• Maintain high quality and proper documentation of your work.
• Communicate regularly with team members and leads.
• Follow Q4 software development lifecycle and participate in meetings.
• Write and maintain codebases, assist with user stories, and perform unit testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Development Experience.
• 2+ years of Intermediate Fullstack Development experience.
• Experience with front end and back end applications.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and various development methodologies.
• Strong skills in technical planning, documentation, and problem solving.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation for this role is R$ 310,000 – R$ 390,000 BRL per year (Gross). Final compensation is determined by a candidate's unique skills, experience, and internal equity.

Additional Information

The role is remote in Brazil. Q4 utilizes AI-driven systems in the initial sourcing of applicants with final decisions made by human recruiters.
