About the Role

As the Enterprise Account Manager at Q4, you will focus on renewals, retention, and expansion of a book of business in partnership with a Customer Success Manager. Your role combines a hunter and farmer mindset, ensuring customer relationships are maintained and expanded by understanding their evolving needs and presenting value-driven business cases.

What You'll Do

  • Retention: Proactively connect with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Renewals: Manage the renewals process including negotiations and contracting.
  • Expansion: Identify opportunities and drive additional value and new bookings.
  • Voice of the Customer: Provide actionable customer insights to help steer product and service improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years in a SaaS sales or account management role, strong relationship building with senior management, advanced negotiation skills, and experience with forecasting revenue and using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Additional Skills & Working Conditions

Strong cross-organizational collaboration, accountability, self-motivation, and a service-centric attitude are key. This role may require after-hours support during critical events, escalations, and holidays.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000 USD per year, based on unique skills, experience, and internal equity.
