About the Role
In this role as Staff Product Designer - Mortgage Infrastructure, you will own and shape core experiences for our products, including our Command Center and Elements platforms. You will work across the full design cycle from early ideation and wireframes to the final polished UI.
- Design and enhance key product experiences
- Translate technical workflows into intuitive interfaces
- Own and evolve the design system
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams

About You
You are a driven designer with strong opinions, an obsession for customer success, and a commitment to craft. You bring clarity to complex regulatory environments and are passionate about delivering clean and powerful UX.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in fintech, enterprise, or infrastructure
- Strong portfolio with clean UX and high-quality UI
- Expertise in Figma and AI prototyping tools
- Proven collaboration skills with engineering and product teams
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions
- Willingness to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Bay Area (CA) or New York City
