Job Description

TikTok Specialist

Pyle USA is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented TikTok Specialist to own our TikTok Shop and Social Commerce strategy end-to-end. This is a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the TikTok Shop, including storefront, product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, bundles, and ensuring compliance.
  • Plan and execute TikTok Live selling sessions, either hosting yourself or managing external hosts, and develop a weekly show calendar.
  • Source, brief, and manage creators and influencers, negotiate contracts, and meticulously track their performance and attribution.
  • Launch and optimize low-budget paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Spark Ads, Promote) and scale successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team on inventory management, sample coordination, fulfillment processes, and launch timelines.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Profit, CPA/ROAS, CTR, and live session metrics, iterating quickly based on data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in social commerce selling, specifically with TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, or similar platforms.
  • A scrappy, go-getter attitude with a self-directed problem-solving approach; ability to set up systems from scratch with limited resources.
  • Comfortable presenting on camera or directing talent, with a knack for creating compelling hooks, scripts, and offers.
  • Basic creative and editing skills for UGC briefs, short-form video edits, and captions, alongside strong data literacy.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center, Creator Marketplace, affiliate link functionalities, and live selling tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the Electronics, Home, Kitchen, or Audio and Sound categories.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A fully launched and healthy TikTok Shop storefront with priority SKUs listed and optimized.
  • A consistent live selling schedule (e.g., 3-5 sessions per week) and an active roster of creators.
  • Measurable sales growth, meeting agreed-upon Sales and ROAS targets, with a clear playbook for learning and scaling.
