Sustainability ESG Advisory Specialist at PwC

At PwC, our Sustainability ESG Advisory team integrates environmental, social, economic, and governance considerations into business strategies and operations, creating a positive social and environmental impact.

Role Overview

You will provide consulting services related to integrating sustainability principles into mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate strategies. Analyzing environmental and social risks, assessing client needs using global frameworks, and developing sustainability strategies will be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on sustainability frameworks including GRI and SASB.
  • Apply ESG ratings methodologies for DJSI, S&P, MSCI, etc.
  • Establish and implement ESG policies and targets.
  • Conduct ESG due diligence based on frameworks like IFC and ADB.
  • Advise on processes to become a PRI signatory.
