About the Role

The Strategy & PEVC Go-To-Market Senior Associate at PwC supports clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide client decisions in complex deals.

The Opportunity

Working as part of the PEVC - GTM Effectiveness, TMT team, you will conduct commercial, operations, and Go-to-Market due diligence, gather and analyze data, and link observations to client strategic goals. You will engage in client interactions, including interviews and management meetings, ensuring that quality insights drive deal decisions.

Responsibilities
