The Opportunity
As a vital part of the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team, you will hold ownership over the technical direction and ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables. In this Managerial capacity, you will lead engineering teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning while actively mentoring junior staff to promote project success and uphold exceptional standards. This position offers a significant chance to influence architectural decisions, guide developers, and cultivate a collaborative team culture centered on continuous learning and high-quality outcomes.

What You Must Have
