Job Overview

At PwC, our Senior Associate, SAP Commission role involves designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Incentive and Commissions Management solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects and work closely with business stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP ICM solutions.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP ICM modules including commission structures and business rules.
  • Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert support for SAP ICM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP ICM implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Incentive Compensation Management processes.
  • Experience with Web IDE, SQL, and Stored-procedure development.
  • Knowledge of SAP ABAP, SAP BW, or SAP HANA is a plus.
