Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of SAP ICM solutions.

  • Configure commission structures, business rules and compensation plans.
  • Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
  • Provide system support, testing, training, and go-live assistance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 4+ years of SAP ICM implementation and support experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP ICM configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Web IDE, SQL, and Stored Procedure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
