This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring SAP ICM modules, developing custom enhancements, and providing comprehensive training and support. You will bridge technical and functional needs to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of SAP ICM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical specs.
- Configure commission structures, business rules and compensation plans.
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Provide system support, testing, training, and go-live assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 4+ years of SAP ICM implementation and support experience.
- Proficiency in SAP ICM configuration and customization.
- Experience with Web IDE, SQL, and Stored Procedure.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
