At PwC, the Senior Associate, SAP Commission Consultant role involves designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Incentive and Commissions Management solutions. You will work with a variety of SAP applications to optimize operational efficiency and meet strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP ICM solutions.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP ICM modules including commission structures and business rules.
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces using SAP technologies.
- Identify system gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Provide expertise in reporting and analytics for compensation management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP ICM configuration, performance, and integration.
- Conduct testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years of experience in SAP ICM implementation and support, and a strong understanding of SAP Incentive Compensation Management processes. Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP BW or SAP HANA is a plus.
