The Opportunity: P&C Insurance Operations

As part of the P&C Insurance Operations team, you will operationalize business strategies and transform supply chain functions for Insurance clients. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role involves managing complex business initiatives through the assessment, design, and implementation of operational improvements.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation depends on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
