About Sr Cloud Data Engineer at PwC

At PwC, our data and analytics engineering team leverages advanced technologies to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. In this role, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems that enable efficient data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Engineer teams developing enterprise grade data processing pipelines on multi Clouds (GCP & AWS)
  • Manage medium to high complexity projects migrating ETL pipelines and Data warehouses to the cloud
  • Utilize hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataform, Dataplex) and AWS Redshift
  • Communicate effectively with Data Engineers, Technology and Business leadership
  • Leverage GCP knowledge to work with other cloud environments

Mandatory Skill Sets

  • AWS, Azure, GCP services (BigQuery, Dataform, Redshift)
  • Python programming

Preferred Skill Sets

  • DevOps

Experience & Qualifications

3-4 years of leading Data Engineer teams, 3-5 years experience with premium consulting companies, and overall 10-15 years of experience with a background in BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech. Certifications are a plus.
