About the Role

At PwC, as a Tosca Automation Architect, you will provide comprehensive testing and consulting services for Salesforce applications. In this role, you will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and deliver user training while managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Test Development & Execution: Develop, document, and maintain test cases, scripts and data; perform manual and automated testing.
• Diverse Testing Capabilities: Engage in functional, GUI, regression, integration, and UAT testing including data migration and production sanity checks.
• Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis: Manage the defect lifecycle using Requirement Traceability Matrix and perform root cause analysis.
• Requirements Gathering & Team Collaboration: Collect business requirements via documents and workshops, plan project delivery and lead team meetings.
• User Training & Salesforce Administration: Create training materials, conduct sessions, and support Salesforce administration tasks including dashboard development.

Mandatory & Preferred Skill Sets

Candidate must have 6-12 years of experience with at least 4+ years in Tosca and 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. Certifications in Tosca and Salesforce (preferred) are a plus.
