The Deals Private Equity Value Creation TMT Manager at PwC provides strategic advice and support in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other deal-making processes. Advanced technical capabilities in data and analytics are crucial.

Leadership & Collaboration

You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team strengths, managing performance, and addressing conflicts. Upholding professional and technical standards is critical along with reinforcing PwC's code of conduct and values.

Additional Information

This full time position may require up to 40% travel. The salary range for roles based in Maryland is $99,000 - $232,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a comprehensive benefits package.
