Overview
PWC is seeking an Audit Korean Business Network Intern for Summer 2027. In this role, you will support financial statement audits and assurance engagements while gaining exposure to auditing methodologies and financial reporting standards.
Responsibilities
- Support audit teams on financial statement audits and assurance engagements.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in applying auditing methodologies including GAAP and GAAS.
- Engage in data analysis to identify financial trends and insights.
- Contribute to financial report preparation and stakeholder disclosures.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members and clients.
- Learn internal controls, compliance auditing techniques, and data visualization.
- Gather and organize information for risk identification and management.
- Develop an understanding of accounting policies and financial reporting standards.
- Apply project management skills for coordinating audit tasks.
What You Must Have
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and meet the eligibility requirements to sit for the CPA exam. A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 is required, with business-level fluency in Korean and English. Preference will be given to candidates with a GPA of 3.3 and relevant auditing or data analysis experience.
