As the AML Sanctions Data Science Manager, you lead teams in designing scalable AI/ML solutions for financial crime detection, integrating machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models into client engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree along with 6+ years in data science/machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and MLOps practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to drive operational improvements and manage client engagements.
