The Opportunity
In the role of Agentic AI & Contact Center AI Architect, you will be a strategic advisor on the Data and Analytics team. You will lead the architecture and development of innovative Customer Interaction and Contact Center AI solutions. This includes guiding cross-functional teams, shaping proposals, and interacting with senior clients, while also mentoring team members and driving thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of AI-driven customer interaction solutions.
- Guide cross-functional teams throughout project execution.
- Establish strategic direction and shape business development initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and market insights.
- Analyze project outcomes and enhance strategies.
Skill Requirements
Applicants should be skilled in advanced data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in DevOps, AI/ML, and leveraging cloud platforms is essential, as is experience with Amazon Q and Agentic AI Frameworks. Strong leadership, effective communication at the c-suite level, and the capacity to solve complexity are key.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or Google are a plus.
