Overview

At PwC, our Data, Analytics & AI team leverages advanced analytical techniques to drive data-driven decision making. As the Agentic AI & Contact Center AI Architect, you will lead the design and development of innovative Customer Interaction and Contact Center AI solutions.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and Senior Manager, guiding cross-functional teams through every project phase. You will shape proposals, lead business development pursuits, and provide thought leadership while interacting with senior level clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions.
  • Guide teams through project execution and strategic decision-making.
  • Interact with senior clients and articulate clear, impactful messages.
  • Shape proposals and drive business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach teams on technical and leadership best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of experience; Master's Degree and professional certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or Google are preferred. You should have hands-on experience with Amazon Q, Agentic AI Frameworks, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT transformation. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex projects are essential.

Additional Information

This position is full time with travel requirements up to 60%. Salary for roles based in Maryland ranges from $124,000 to $280,000 with additional bonus eligibility. PwC offers extensive benefits and encourages applicants who align with our inclusive culture.
