Overview
At PwC, the Agentic AI & Contact Center AI Architect role is focused on designing and implementing innovative AI solutions for customer interactions. You will leverage advanced analytics techniques and technical leadership to drive project success within the Data and Analytics team.
The Opportunity
In this full-time role, you will lead the architecture design and development of Customer Interaction and Contact Center AI solutions. This includes guiding cross-functional teams, shaping proposals, and delivering thought leadership at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of AI solutions.
- Guide teams through every project phase.
- Establish strategic direction for digital contact solutions.
- Interact with senior clients and provide insights.
- Mentor teams and integrate modern architecture patterns.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or Google. You must demonstrate expertise in DevOps, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and modern architecture frameworks.

Additional Information
This role involves up to 60% travel and is based in Maryland. Compensation depends on skills and experience within the range of $124,000 to $280,000 plus potential bonuses.
