About PwC and the Role

At PwC Singapore, our Risk Services Practice helps clients turn complexity into competitive advantage by managing risks from cybersecurity to supply chain disruptions. As a Data Specialist Manager, you will work with business and IT stakeholders to implement and optimize data management solutions including governance, data warehousing, and enterprise data models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Data Governance platforms for glossary, metadata scanning, and data quality rules.
  • Design and maintain enterprise data models, including dimensional modeling and normalization.
  • Develop and optimize data warehouse, ODS and data mart architectures to support AI and BI solutions.
  • Establish Master Data Management frameworks for accurate reference data.
  • Define and enforce data quality practices and data governance policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive data stewardship and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (BCBS 239, GDPR, MAS Requirements).

About You

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in data architecture and data warehousing, 8+ years of consulting experience, and strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, platforms, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
