Overview

The Junior Cybersecurity Specialist role at PwC Polska offers a unique opportunity to join the Cyber Security practice within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, helping clients develop analytics and technology solutions to detect, monitor, and predict risk.

Your Future Role

As a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents using modern technologies. Your tasks include:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents
  • Preparing reports summarizing the functioning of the SOC
  • Escalating complex incidents to second and third line (L2/L3) SOC analysts
  • Working varied shifts based on project requirements (8/5, 16/7, 24/7)

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • English and Polish language skills at minimum B2 level
  • At least one year of experience in IT, service desk, or cybersecurity
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, IT technologies, and ICT networks
  • Teamwork skills and a passion for cybersecurity

Nice to Have

Additional qualifications that are beneficial include:

  • IT/technical education
  • German language knowledge at B2 level
