Teamlead Talent Acquisition Assurance at PwC Nederland
Within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are looking for a Manager for the role of Teamlead for the Line of Service (LoS) Assurance. This Manager leads and coaches recruiters and acts as a strategic sparring partner for Human Capital and the practice. The role emphasizes data-driven work and smart deployment of recruitment tooling, such as AI, as its foundation.

What you will do:
You will guide team members in solving recruitment challenges. In addition to operationally managing the Talent Acquisition team for Assurance, which consists of about 12 colleagues, you will conduct (interim) performance reviews. You actively strive for High Performing Team results and are the go-to person for coaching and development. In doing so, you explicitly drive the use of data, dashboards, and tools to make performance and quality transparent.
Our Assurance practice faces a challenging market when it comes to attracting talent. This creates an ideal environment to put your ideas into practice regarding diversity, attracting hard-to-reach target groups, and optimizing the selection process. Talent Acquisition within PwC is characterized by the unique dynamic collaboration between different departments. You will work intensively with Employer Branding, your recruitment colleagues, the Management Team, and the Assurance business, primarily HC Partners and the Assurance Board.
Therefore, we are looking for a decisive Manager who can handle pressure. You will be actively involved in recruitment processes and (in collaboration with the Strategy Manager) the (renewed) data-driven strategy formulation and its execution. Expect a job with influence and impact: you advise senior management with a large scope and noticeable effects on the organization.
