Talent & Leadership Development Manager
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and truly make a difference at PwC? With at least 7 years of relevant experience and a passion for developing and managing leadership development and learning solutions, this is your chance to become part of the future of Learning & Development (L&D) at PwC.
At PwC, we focus on helping our people grow and advance so they can make a real impact for our clients, society, and each other. As a Talent & Leadership Development Manager, you will strengthen the skills, behaviors, and mindset of leaders at various stages of their careers: from new managers to experienced executives. You will translate business needs into effective development solutions and ensure that leaders have access to the coaching, development programs, and experiences they need to excel.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Talent & Leadership Development Manager with a background in designing, implementing, and managing leadership programs who is ready for the next step. You won't do this alone. You will be part of our L&D Solutions team, where you collaborate with colleagues who, like you, are responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions.
What you will do
- Lead, execute, and improve key leadership and talent development initiatives within the organization, in close connection with the broader skills and behaviors that make our people fit for the future.
- Design and deliver learning solutions as part of your role within the Learning Solutions Hub.
- Manage our executive coaching ecosystem, including managing and developing the coach pool.
- Oversee nomination cycles for core leadership programs and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and a high-quality participant experience.
- Take responsibility for the financial process in close collaboration with colleagues.
What you bring
- At least 7 years of experience in leadership development and designing learning solutions. Experience with talent management is a plus.
- Strong advisory skills and stakeholder management at a senior leadership level (Partners, BU Leaders, Exec/Board, HRBPs).
- A result-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions.
- A background in coaching and facilitating is a plus.
- Insight into how people and technology come together and what the rise of AI means for leadership skills.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
What we offer
At PwC, you get the chance to be yourself, get the best out of yourself in a high-performance organization, and grow within our global network. As part of our team, we offer, among other things:
- A competitive salary, attractive pension scheme, and the opportunity for personal development.
- Training for professional growth and leadership development.
- A motivating work environment where collaboration with ambitious colleagues and recognition for your contributions are highly valued.
- Extensive employment conditions including a 'well-being budget' for physical and mental health.
- Flexibility of hybrid working, including an ergonomic home office setup and a net expense allowance for internet and other costs.
- Attractive mobility options, including an electric lease car or mobility allowance and the option to use various shared mobility providers.
- 32 vacation days per year.
