Role as an Identity & Access Management Engineer

As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will work with your direct colleagues and your clients to design, implement, and maintain complex Identity & Access Management projects based on leading IAM solutions and related technologies, building cutting edge solutions to meet individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrating ForgeRock, SailPoint or CyberArk with other Identity related products.
  • Champion a DevOps approach to IAM implementation at our clients, promoting automation, continuous integration, and efficient deployment practices.
  • Train and coach junior colleagues on our technologies and way of working.

What We Are Looking For

You demonstrate thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Deep understanding of IAM open standards such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM and LDAP, staying ahead of new standards.
  • Proficiency in Unix, Windows and Kubernetes environments, with strong communication skills for cloud and network engineering teams.
  • Ability to program fluently in Java and other languages.
  • Advocacy for Continuous Integration, Development, and Testing practices, with familiarity in DevOps tools and standards.
  • Mastery of the ForgeRock, SailPoint or CyberArk suite of products, including design, system engineering, development, and architecture integration.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the IAM field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch.
