Overview

PwC Luxembourg is hiring an IT Project Manager. Join a team of over 200 IT professionals including analyst-developers, UX designers, testers, technical leaders, architects, and Cloud specialists. In this role, you will manage IT projects within the IT Tax team, coordinating with various specialists to deliver projects that align with business strategies such as Cloud migration and Artificial Intelligence implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager
  • Lead project planning sessions, create schedules, and track milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including charters and progress reports
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Support project governance by ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
  • Motivate the project team by anticipating and solving challenges

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management or equivalent experience, have 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, and a solid understanding of IT concepts such as infrastructure, software development, or system implementation. Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluency in English is a must, along with hands-on experience using project management tools (Devops, MS Project, Trello or similar).
