Your Mission as IT Process Analyst
In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement efficient IT processes to optimize IT operations. You will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions for operational efficiency. You will work with various IT and business methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, V-Model, SCRUM, SAFe, Herm e8s, and Prince2.
- Analyze and improve IT project, product and service management processes.
- Implement process modifications in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance using KPIs.
- Document and train end users on new processes.
- Organize workshops to engage IT teams and identify solutions.
What We Are Looking For
You should have excellent understanding of IT processes, standards and methodologies. Experience with BPMN, ITIL, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma, and the Power Platform Suite is a plus. Strong communication skills, flexibility in a dynamic environment, and fluency in English and/or French are required.
