About the Role

Pwc Luxembourg is hiring an HRIS Analyst. In this role, you will support the management, maintenance, and administration of our Human Resources Information System (Workday). You will ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and provide technical assistance to HR professionals and employees.

Your Mission

  • Maintain the integrity of HR data including employee records and benefits.
  • Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
  • Develop people analytics methods for self-service.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS and conduct training sessions.
  • Support HRIS users and integrate HRIS with other business systems.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
  • Liaise with stakeholders from PwC network teams and local teams.

Let’s Talk About You

You should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science or related field along with practical experience in both IT and HR functions. The ideal candidate is proficient in HRIS platforms (ideally Workday or similar) and analytics tools like Microsoft PowerBi and Alteryx. Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues are essential. Fluency in English is required.
