Job Overview

At PwC, our Senior Associate, SAP Incentive Compensation Management (formerly SAP Commissions) plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Incentive and Commissions Management solutions. In this role, you will bridge both functional and technical aspects to optimize business applications usage and drive effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP ICM solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP ICM modules, including commission structures and business rules.
• Leverage Web IDE, SQL, and Stored-procedures for custom enhancements.
• Develop reports and interfaces, perform system testing, and support go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT.
• Stay updated with latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum 4+ years in SAP ICM implementation and support. Strong understanding of SAP Incentive Compensation Management processes is required, along with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP ICM modules. Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP BW, or SAP HANA is considered a plus.
