At PwC, as a Senior Associate, SAP Commission (SAP ICM) consultant, you will design, implement, and support SAP Incentive and Commissions Management solutions. You will analyse client needs, configure SAP ICM modules, and integrate custom enhancements for effective utilisation, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP ICM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP ICM modules including commission structures and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces using SAP technologies.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and integration issues.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years experience in SAP ICM implementation, strong SAP Incentive Compensation Management expertise, and experience in configuring SAP ICM modules. Familiarity with technologies such as Web IDE, SQL, and stored procedures is essential. Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP BW, or SAP HANA is an advantage.
