Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP ICM solutions.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP ICM modules and develop enhancements.
  • Provide reporting, analytics, system testing, user training and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensure performance and integration.
  • Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (MBA, BE/BTech, MCA).
  • Minimum 4+ years of SAP ICM implementation and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Incentive Compensation Management processes.
  • Experience in SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Web IDE, SQL, stored procedures; SAP ABAP, BW, HANA a plus.
