About the Role
PWC is looking for a Senior Associate specializing in SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) to design, implement, and support SAP ICM solutions for clients. As a SAP consulting generalist, you will bridge the functional and technical aspects to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP ICM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and gather functional, technical requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP ICM modules, commission structures, and compensation plans.
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces using SAP technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide system testing, training, and go-live support.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required along with 4+ years of experience in SAP ICM implementation. A solid understanding of SAP Incentive Compensation processes and the ability to resolve complex issues are key requirements. Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP BW, or SAP HANA is a plus.
