Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects for customers, including support during requirement gathering, system landscape analysis, technical design, and architecture documentation.
- Work on the development and implementation of technical solutions, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing project support.
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Take ownership and meet client expectations for deliverables, quality, and communication.
- Understand customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest relevant solutions and services.
- Drive technology discussions and innovations.
Must Be Good At:
- SAP Architecture
- E2E implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield)
- Sizing (T-shirt, Quick sizer, File system)
- HANA High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi-tenancy, Restore and Recovery, Replication
- Troubleshooting OOM and CPU load issues, optimizing DB performance
- Solman (Installation, ITSM, Charm config, MSC and Alerts)
- Basis support for HANA and S/4 HANA projects
- Strong Database knowledge (HANA, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase ASE)
- Strong OS level Knowledge (Linux, RHEL, AIX)
