Role Overview - Senior Associate MERN Developer
This role focuses on full lifecycle development, from requirements gathering to deployment of MERN applications using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and associated technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply best practices in API development and utilize tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all project lifecycle phases.
- Develop and maintain MERN applications.
- Build UI from Figma designs and optimize APIs using NodeJS and Express.
- Implement state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with MicroFrontEnd architecture and unit testing frameworks like Jest.
- Automation testing with Cypress or Playwright.
- Expertise in API development with NodeJS and Express.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure.
Preferred Skills and Additional Requirements
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (Sass/Styled Components) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
