Role Overview

The Senior Associate DevOps Application Technology Advisory role requires a seasoned DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. You will deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, and develop tools and scripts to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy updates and fixes and provide Level 2 technical support.
  • Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Mandatory Skill Sets

  • Strong knowledge in CICD pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Experience in Terraform.

Preferred Skill Sets & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in civil engineering or customer experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in developing/engineering applications for a large company.
