We are looking for a confident and certified Scrum Master (CSP/PSM) with a passion for agile excellence. What We're Looking For

  • Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe SSM certification – mandatory
  • Experience with agile delivery using Microsoft products like Dynamics and data transformation
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for sprint and project management
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tooling/processes (a plus)
  • Background in BFSI or peer banking sectors is highly desirable
