Joining one of our offices in Marseille, Monaco, or Lyon, you will be part of a team of around 200 professionals covering PwC's expertise in Audit, Consulting, and PwC Avocats. You will have the opportunity to work with major clients across various sectors including Services, Logistics & Transport, Maritime, Industry, Consumer Goods/Retail, and Financial Services, rapidly growing your experience through diverse industries and assignments.

Your Key Responsibilities and Challenges

SI Strategy:
  • Support strategic decision-making by integrating business, technological, AI, data, process, and organizational transformation dimensions.
  • Design Target Operating Models (TOM), optimize costs, and define delivery models.
  • Develop action plans to enhance DSI performance across all dimensions.
  • Areas of focus include SI Business Roadmaps, SI Architecture/Cloud, IT Strategic Plans, Target IT Operating Models, operational excellence, and DSI operational and economic performance.
SI / Business Transformation Scoping and Management:
  • Co-construct roadmaps and align different business units.
  • Rethink and optimize business processes and management rules.
  • Make informed choices regarding solutions, partners, and governance.
  • Execute implementation projects for standard software (Infor, SAP S4/Hana) or digital products.
  • Structure and manage transformation projects with a risk management approach.
  • Support and secure transformations by integrating change management strategies early on, focusing on stakeholder needs and adopting people-centric approaches throughout all phases.
  • Deploy projects following best practices (V-cycle and Agile).
  • Key areas include governance, structuring, securing technological choices, business process redesign, and ERP program management.
Business Development:
  • Leverage privileged relationships with clients (CxOs) to autonomously lead client engagements, manage teams, and oversee the economic performance of projects.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in implementing winning commercial strategies, particularly in developing ETI accounts and contributing to commercial proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting practice by actively participating in the community and internal initiatives (offer development, digital products, methodological accelerators, etc.).

Your Profile

  • Graduate of a top engineering or business school, or equivalent.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in IT transformation, program management, and organizational optimization.
  • Solid understanding of CIO Advisory and digital transformation challenges.
  • Proven experience in SI and Digital implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to autonomously manage client engagements and lead teams.
  • Active participation in business development within a consulting firm environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
