With 300 professionals, the Deals (M&A) department supports companies and investment funds in their acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, or strategic decision-making projects.

In this context, the Deal Analytics team, in strong development, carries out in-depth analyses to provide new insights to its clients at all stages of an M&A process.

What you can expect from the mission:

You will participate in varied projects, within the Deal timeline (4 to 8 weeks), and be involved in the following areas:

• Bring a new perspective to company performance, for example: Exploit transactional data to analyze profitability drivers, conduct predictive analyses.
• Exploit external data, to couple it with company data and thus broaden the scope of relevant analyses.
• Use Data Visualization to explore the results of analyses.

You are the driving force for the team's development:

• Work within a young, dynamic team and be fully involved in team decisions.
• Work autonomously, invent new ways to approach problems, interact with the client and share your achievements.
• Participate in internal and external events (conferences, forums, school presentations, etc.).

You are the driving force in implementing new approaches within our Transactions teams:

• Train teams in new methodologies and skills.
• Support teams in Deals projects.

What we expect from you:

• You are a graduate of an engineering school or business school with a specialization in data and knowledge of corporate finance.
• You have excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, openness, flexibility, and creativity define you.
• You have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal qualities.
• You are proficient in Excel.
• You have a particular aptitude for using data manipulation, modeling, and visualization tools (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
• You are willing to participate in the development of a booming team, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You speak English very well.
